1. Delete local app data
Bao La Kiswahili is designed for local play. To remove names, saved matches, settings, and other local game data, use your device’s app settings to clear the app data, or uninstall the app.
2. Request deletion
If you believe the website or service holds information about you, send a deletion request to bao@beno.co.tz. Include enough information for us to understand the request, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Verification
We may need to verify a request before acting on it. This helps prevent someone else from deleting information they are not authorised to control.
4. Processing time and exceptions
We aim to respond within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate record keeping.
5. Confirmation
We will confirm the outcome of a valid request where possible. Deleting local app data is controlled by you through your device and does not require a request to us.
